The Challenge is on!

Yesterday we issued a challenge to everyone we know(and don't know). As some of you are aware, adoption costs range from about $15,000.00 to $50,000.00. Well Aubrey's adoption is at the lower end of the scale at about $20,000.00. We have managed to pull together all but about $3500.00 in less than a year. Now we need your help. Please reach out to everyone you know and ask them to visit this site and donate $1.00. If we reach our goal of $3500.00 by May 1st, Jeremy and I will both take a pie to the face on You Tube and here. So spread the word, make a difference, and have a little fun. We need to get our baby home ASAP! Thank You Everyone!

Stretching the limits!

OK, so I am going to show a little more without editing because she is trying to cover her face for me.

A Little Cuteness

I promised you that I would try to put a picture on and here it is! I still can't show you her entire face on the blog but I will email you if you contact me.

Updates! Updates! Updates!

The end of February, our social worker Peg visited our little peanut and took lots of pictures for us. She also sent us a video that shows Aubrey standing. Yes, I said standing!!!

On March 18th, Aubrey had another surgery. This time it wasn't her heart. She had the little foot that was growing on her left hip amputated. I really didn't want her having any further surgeries until she got home but the doctors in Korea thought that it was delaying her development and putting undo strain on her heart. She came through it with flying colors and was back with her foster family 2 days later. I am going to post a few pictures but I need to alter them first.
